The Osteria Agricola Toscana Pitti & Friends is a unique reality and is proud to present a menu consisting mainly of short chain products.
The pasta is homemade using selected flours and a latest generation mixer.
Whenever possible, seasonal vegetables come from the Colombini di Crespina farm, which has been practicing only Certified Organic Agriculture since 1998 and is committed to promoting ethical and socially useful work.
The saffron that embellishes our risotto comes from the Patricelli Farm in Guasticce, which rigorously processes the precious crocus flower by hand, to best preserve its organoleptic properties and guarantee a product of the highest quality.
Of course, wine is the gift of the thirty hectares of organically-run vineyards within the Torre a Cenaia estate.
Likewise, the beer is produced by our J63 Agricultural Craft Brewery using the barley of our fields: the prestigious Birragricola brand is the guarantee seal for a genuine and excellent product.
Finally, even the desserts are homemade using traditional recipes and first choice ingredients.
